Have a "peachy" day with Papertrey's Blog Hop

Tonight is Papertrey's Blog Hop....my first and trust me, I have no idea what I am doing.  BUT here is a card I made for Mrs. McVey's color challange AND it looks a little summer-y to me.  What isn't better than a scrumptious peach in the summer?

This week for Dawn's 10th color challenge, we were to use Melon, Berry, Cream and Dark Brown.  Love these colors together!!

For Dawn's color challenge #9 we were to use Grass Green, Black and cream.  Here is a picture of the example from her blog

Pink Birthday

                                  

Super easy card to make....put together pink pirouette paper and bella rose DP.  Added a Birthday sentiment and some soft white ribbon.....pretty!!! 

Dawn's Color Challenge

Dawn McVey from My Favorite Things posted a color challenge (she is so dedicated, she is on vacation in Hawaii right now!!!)  This color challenge was for brown, soft aqua and white/cream.  Beautiful soft colors together. 

 The card I made was with Choc. Chip (SU) Aqua Mist (PTI) and vanilla.  The stamp set is from CTMH, I used the Vintage Cream ink from PTI....very nice coverage!  I added some vanilla hardware and put it in Choc. Chip craft ink and did a little clear embossing to make it look old.

     This card was made with Cosmo Cricket Paper--Hello Sunshine.  Black grosgrain ribbon and buttons.  

Pretty wild card!!                                                         

Mojo Monday #84

This weeks sketch challenge for Mojo Monday was fun, easy to put together.  Here is the sketch 

I used paper from K & Company the boy 2-sided collection.  The felted flower is also from K & Co.  Wild Saffron....beautiful!  Kraft cardstock and Chocolate Chip grosgrain ribbon.  The stamped image is from Hero Arts. 

Kristina's Color Challenge #50

Wow.....50!!!  Kristina has challenged us with some of the most beautiful color challenges over the weeks.  This weeks challenge was even more challenging trying to combine turquoise, red, yellow and Brown!! 

The colors I used for my card were Tempting Turquoise, Pure Poppy (PTI) Choc. Chip and Yo-Yo Yellow.  The stamp set is from Papertrey a gorgeous set called Scattered Showers created by Dawn McVey....one of my new favorites!!!!

Bad Blogger!!!!

It has been just about a week since I last blogged.....BAD!!!  One of my attributes is procrastination, if there was an award, I would be champion!   So, for today I will post several cards I made yesterday for the Verve Release Week Challenge.
