For the Fall-to Layout #35 over at Clean & Simple I used Kraft card base, added some DP from Studio 45. Cover 2 strips of chipboard with Blush Blossom Craft ink. Stamped Inspired by Nature from SU, ink colors are Old Olive, Always Artichoke, Blush Blossom, Cameo Coral, Ruby Red. Lastly a simple piece of Old Olive Grograin. I added the sentiment to the inside of the card along with another flower.....adorable.
For Sunday's Sketch #11 over at The Sweetest Thing I used some Jolee Boutique butterflies I have been saving form some reason....worked perfect for the sketch. The ribbon is from Strano Design....they have lots of different designs. Added some Kiwi Kiss from SU, scalloped edge. The word 'Hello' is from Hero Arts. I do not have a photo box yet, so I feel the real life photo looks better, the picture doesnt show the rhinestone and wire antennas very well.
I missed the first Color Challenge, but here is my attempt at the 2nd....so glad Dawn Mcvey from My Favorite Things has chosen to make this a weekly challenge. The challenge was to use Teal, Celery green, Chocolate brown and white. Mine are all SU colors (Taken with Teal, Certain Celery, Choc. Chip and Whisper White) I used Sassy Stems on watercolor paper, some Certain Celery Pattern Paper from a hostess pack (about 2 yrs ago) and Teal Ribbon, added some buttons. Easy, simple card.
This week's color challenge from Kristina was to use Choc. Chip, So Saffron, Tangerine Tango and Whisper White. I used a set from Papertrey: Beyond Basic Borders. Added some chipboard and buttons...here it is.
